I want you to leave our sessions feeling energized, positive and empowered. I strongly believe that Pilates is for everyone, no matter your background, gender, or age.
My classes and 1:1 sessions are tailored, fulfilling and fun. I encourage my clients to work with a mind-body control to build strength and flexibility, improve postural imbalances and release tension.
I am currently offering live-stream 1:1 sessions via Zoom and home sessions. They are available for everyone and anyone, male or female, any age.

Payment for the dynamic class is done on a pay what you can basis, suggested between £5-£10.
The post-natal classes are £10 and you will receive a recording of the class as well which will last another 7 days.
Options are available to purchase the recording of the classes if you are unable to attend live, please get in touch for further details as I have offers available for pre-natal, post-natal, power and dynamic pilates recordings.
Upon receipt of payment, your space will be booked and I will send through an URL link for the Zoom class at least 15 minutes prior to the class start time to the email address you have provided. Please check your junk or spam mail.
Note that my emails occasionally go to the junk or spam, so check there if you have not had a reply within 48 hours or if you haven't received the link the day before the class.
