My classes and 1:1 sessions are tailored, fulfilling and fun. I encourage my clients to work with a mind-body control to build strength and flexibility, improve postural imbalances and release tension.
1:1 Sessions
I am currently offering live-stream 1:1 sessions via Zoom and home sessions. They are available for everyone and anyone, male or female, any age.

Currently I am not running any live classes. HOWEVER, I do offer my class recordings with the below offer:
1x recording with an expiry time of 7 days= £8
4x recordings with an expiry time of 30 days =£28
